Enjoy 3lbs. of high-quality, individually packaged, and frozen chicken breasts. These boneless, skinless chicken breasts are ready for the oven, the grill, the pan, or all of the above! Each box contains eight individually packaged fillets for your convenience, with endless possibilities for cooking and seasoning. These chicken breasts are sure to become a family favorite.

Cooking Instructions: 

*Thaw chicken breasts in fridge overnight 

Bake: Bake at 375°F in shallow baking pan for 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. 

Pan Fry: Sauté 4-5 minutes on each side over medium high heat. Cook until juices run clear.
