Ingredients
- 8 oz. uncooked spaghetti
- 1 cup broccoli
- 1 cup green peppers, sliced
- 1/2 cup onions, sliced thin
- 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (or chopped whole tomatoes)
- 1 cup meatballs (optional)
Preparation
- Cook pasta according to package directions, drain.
- Cook meatballs (optional) according to directions.
- Meanwhile, in a large pan, heat the oil over medium-high heat and sauté the onions for 3-4 minutes until tender, add the garlic and sauté 1 minute.
- Stir in the broccoli, tomatoes, green peppers and the seasonings. Cook 8-9 minute until vegetables are tender.
- Stir in the pasta and meatballs, heat thru; sprinkle with cheese. Enjoy!
