Collection: Housing Authority of Cook County Spring Food Program

The 2023 Spring Food Program provides $30 for participating residents living in Edward Brown and Richard Flowers to shop any Top Box Market products. 

Participating residents will receive a unique code valued at $30 to shop the Top Box menu below. Simply add your boxes to the cart and enter your delivery information and discount code at checkout. 

Your order will be recurring every 2 weeks for May and June, with your $30 coupon reapplying for each order.

How to Order:

1. Shop the menu below to up to $30 of groceries to your cart. If your order total exceeds $30, you have the option to pay the additional cost via Link Card or Debit/Credit Card for each delivery. 
2. Checkout: Provide your contact and delivery information as well as the coupon code provided to you by HACC.
3. Receive your delivery! Program Delivery Dates: May 12, May 26, June 9, and June 23. 

Note: Only preregistered residents currently living in Edward Brown or Richard Flowers quality for this pilot program. If you have any questions about the program, please reach out to your building’s property manager.
